Website privacy

Updated August 30, 2026. This notice applies to the public Reva Bloom websites, including the original website and its revamped version. It explains website activity measurement, not the handling of clinical records or confidential treatment information.

Why we measure website activity

Reva Bloom and our website provider, Internet Crafters, use first-party analytics to understand which pages are useful, measure visits from campaigns, see when search and AI crawlers request pages, and find technical problems. Reports are available through Internet Crafters’ client portal.

What the analytics collects

• Page paths, event times, page-view and click events, and random event identifiers used to avoid counting the same delivery twice.
• Separate action categories for call buttons, email links, maps or directions, downloads and outbound links. These count actions, not connected calls, sent emails or unique people. The shared collector can distinguish submit-button use, form attempts and confirmed contact-form responses when a site supplies a success hook; it does not observe completion on external appointment websites.
• In ordinary browser mode, a temporary session identifier held in the browser tab’s session storage, safe campaign labels, and the presence and provider of an advertising click identifier—not its raw value.
• For clicks, a destination path or a site-defined action label. For browser errors, the error type, structural code location, deployed version, and basic browser or operating-system family—not the error message.
• For crawler requests, the page path, time, response status, user-agent information, and hosting request identifiers. The portal hashes the crawler source IP address instead of retaining the raw address in analytics events.

The browser analytics does not collect form values, page text, medical notes, passwords, click coordinates, or URL query strings. Browser IP addresses and user-agent strings are not forwarded to the analytics portal. Hosting and network providers still receive request metadata needed to serve the website and may retain operational logs.

A therapy page’s address can reveal an interest in a health topic even without a name attached. Please do not place personal or health information in website URLs or campaign links.

Your browser privacy choices

When your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, the first-party tracker switches to reduced-data page-view and click counts. It omits the session identifier, campaign attribution, click destinations and labels, dedicated contact categories, additional form events, and browser errors, and rounds event times to the minute.

Reduced-data mode still sends a page path, event type, time, and a fresh event identifier. It is not a promise that no network requests occur or that every piece of information is legally anonymous. Browser tools that block the tracker can prevent collection; we do not bypass those blocks. These signals do not control separate external websites or embedded services.

Who receives the information

Website analytics is sent to Internet Crafters to provide reporting and technical support for Reva Bloom. Our hosting providers process requests to deliver and secure the websites. This first-party analytics integration does not send its events to advertising platforms or add advertising pixels.

External maps, videos, email links, and other linked services have their own privacy practices. Loading an embedded map or video may send request information to that provider. Review the provider’s notice before using its service.

How long analytics is kept

Detailed analytics events are retained for 90 days. Daily aggregates and grouped technical-issue summaries may remain longer to show historical trends and recurring problems. Hosting logs, correspondence, and clinical records have separate retention arrangements and are not covered by that analytics limit.

Because reduced-data events do not include a visitor account or persistent identity, it may not be possible to identify which events belong to a particular person. We may update this notice when website practices change and will show the updated date here.
